Father of two and husband of one, Dave spends the majority of his spare time playing golf or doing DIY. He leads worship at the church on his trusty 'holey' guitar whenever he isn't preaching or leading the service.

Jenette has mastered the art of juggling family life and work life down to a tee. She's a true ideas machine with vision matched only by her ability to get things done.

Ralph is our Pastoral Care coordinator and has the nicest office. He also oversees our Life Groups and Connect Groups, which is no mean feat. In his spare time he enjoys getting down and dirty with some ancient pottery.

Janelle oversees our Flourish courses and all human resources at the church. She has a penchant for useless information, exotic cheese, 'fancy' tea and french-canadian music. We allow this because she's Canadian in origin.

Alli does a lot of washing up and door answering along side her role as primary childrens leader. Despite these distractions she does an incredible job of coodinating our childrens work along side Andrea.

Andrea, mother of three, is never short of creative ideas for the childrens department and loves all kinds of media. Whenever she's leading converse you can be sure that there'll be videos, music and games aplenty.

Eileen spends the majority of her time volunteering at both Lifechurch and at the King's Lodge in Nuneaton. Where ever she goes she's sure to take Murphy with her and you often get half way through a conversation in the finance office before you realise there's a Dog over the table staring up at you.

Ben could be described as 'outdoorsy', however this would be an understatement. In fact he enjoys any sort of physical activity, whether that be working out at the gym or going shooting in the countryside. He's currently working towards his degree in youthwork at DeMontfort University.

Luke coordinates the technical side of most things at the church and if it's on the screen or on the web it's likely that he had a hand in it getting there. He's passionate about using new technology and media to network people into the church family. He also typed this sentence... and every other sentence you can see on this website.

Davinas job is to connect with new people at Lifechurch and help them integrate into church life. During the week she spends time connecting with people attending various community groups held at the church. She enjoys any sort of networking and facebook is her virtual playground. She knows everything that's going on, hence her nickname 'The Oracle'.

Karen coordinates our mid week community groups and, together with Trudi Harries, oversees 'Women of Worth' our womens ministry. With her at the helm we're seeing real growth in all of our community groups including a very successful new play & stay group in Nuneaton.

Jim is an all out evangelist... and there's little else to add! He loves seeing people in the community experience the love of God and practically demonstrates this weekly at the Boomerang Project in Nuneaton. Jim could find himself doing anything at any given time, a true jack of all trades.

Claire and her staff manage the Noah's Ark Pre-School filling The Christian Centre with the sound of happy children on any given weekday. When she isn't caring for the little angels she can be found at home getting some well earned rest, usually with some chocolate for company.

Lesley is an administrative queen. Together with her computer she's a fountain of all the information you could ever want to know about church life. Everything gets very complicated when she's not around.
