At lifechurch we understand that ‘getting people through the door’ isn’t our only priority. One of the main responsibilities within a church is to care for the people who attend. One of the ways that this is undertaken at Life Church is through the life group structure. Group leaders take pastoral responsibility for the members of their group.
For those who attend the church and are not a part of a life group, there is team of people available to assist with pastoral issues. The team comprises both male & female, singles & couples & people of different ages; with different life skills, experiences & qualifications. The team is available to meet the pastoral needs of a growing church in a loving, sensitive, professional & confidential way. The team provides support & encouragement and assists people in their personal faith journeys. Situations that are beyond the experience of the team, with an individuals consent, can be referred on to an outside professional organisation.
Regular meetings for the team are organised for teaching and support.
