Dave & Jet Jones
Dave and Jet are happily married with two kids and no dog (although they do have a fish). Their daughter Lilly, 8, loves art, singing and organising Mum and Dad and Aaron, 5, loves drumming, trampolining and dancing to a crowd!
Dave, born in Hawaii, grew up in church and became worship pastor, blending his love of music, creativity and worship. Now as leader of Lifechurch Dave loves to teach others about the heart of God and the hope of Jesus. He is passionate about motivating others to reach the people around them with the love of Jesus.
Jenette was born in the Shetland Isles and has lost none of her fiery Celtic spirit! She founded ‘Create’ a performing arts project aimed at bridging the gap between church and the local education. Now as leader of Lifechurch she is a visionary and entrepreneurial part of the team. Also working as the youth pastor she oversees groups in Nuneaton and Bedworth totaling over 160 young people.
The Elders
The elders provide leadership and spiritual accountability to the church, forming and developing the vision of the church in accordance with the direction that they feel God is leading.
Dave Jones
Senior leader of the church – Keeps everyone focused and passionate about the vision of the church. Does the majority of the preaching and teaching as well as leading worship now and again.
Greg Swinamer
Is responsible for Missions at Lifechurch. Has helped to set the vision and finance structure for our missions department.
Les Evans
Is responsible for the prayer and devotional culture of the church.
Jet Jones
Is the Youth Pastor at Lifechurch. She is responsible for developing two youth groups, one in Bedworth and one in Nuneaton.
John Allard
Leads the worship team and manages some of our operational volunteers.
Ralph Coleman
Heads up Pastoral Care (including life groups, connect groups and the pastoral care team).
Ralph also oversees the finance and business areas of the church.
