Glenn possesses a passion for life and a deep love for God, family and people within and outside the Church. His gift of communication mixed with what some would call a cheeky humour has helped establish an atmosphere of family, fun and inspiration while still getting the job done of building the Kingdom. Glenn and his wife Shereen moved from Australia in 2007 and together now lead lifechurch being responsible for vision and direction. Previously they were the senior leaders of Erindale Christian Centre, now Capital Edge Church in Canberra, where they enjoyed 9 years of ministry and built a thriving church known for it's strong prayer, soul winning and family feel. Glenn Barker Senior Minister Mission & Evangelism Shereen Barker Senior Minister New Christian Development, Frontline & Life Groups Shereen has been involved in Christian ministry for some 27 years now, stemming from leading youth ministries, women's ministries, small groups, mission work and also leading churches. She especially loves to coach people through to greater levels of blessing in marriage, parenting and Christian service. Glenn and Shereen are blessed with four adored children, Rebekah, Jasmine, Laura and Caleb. David Jones Executive Pastor Worship and Creative Arts Born in Hawaii in 1978, Dave was lucky enough to live out most of his childhood in the wild adventures of YWAM. This took him places all over the world, his parents making homes in Holland, Hawaii, Switzerland and Africa, but it was in Nuneaton, England at the King's Lodge YWAM base that the family put down roots. David was always drawn towards music and creative arts but it was the Children's Church programme that really set the fire alight. Travelling to Wales and then to South Africa, Dave saw the power of God outworked through young people as they used performing arts as a way of reaching and connecting with communities. Phil Lowe Executive Pastor Spiritual Development Phil has been in full-time ministry for over 30 years and as an Australian, has pastored in a number of states in Australia. Phil has a passion and hunger to see the presence of God manifested in the Church and beyond the Church. Phil has a prophetic emphasis in his ministry and has had the privilege of ministering in many countries of the world. Phil is married to Robyn and they have two great sons Michael and Mark. Fifteen years on the mandate hasn't changed. Dave is a qualified teacher, married to his lovely wife Jenette with two children, Lilly and Aaron; he is as passionate as ever about getting people to connect with God through worship and creative arts. Dave is the Creative Arts Director at lifechurch. The teams are thriving with a vibrant growing worship team, a brilliant drama team and RISE dance academy. Dave and Jenette also coordinate Create, a creative arts project that delivers dance and drama tuition to young people through local schools under the banner of communitylife. Robyn Lowe Executive Pastor Intercessory Co-ordinator & Accounts Robyn has been in full-time ministry for over 30 years (since 1980) and has served in various Australian states and cities including Geelong, Newcastle, Brisbane, Sydney and Adelaide. Robyn's ministry background has been in the areas of women's ministry, teaching, finance and prayer ministry. Here at lifechurch, Robyn is the executive pastor co-ordinating intercessory prayer and also fulfills the role of Financial Administrator for the organisation. Robyn is has been married to Phil for 35 years and shares their two sons Michael and Mark.
